LEGAL TERMS OF THE €200 VOUCHER GIVEAWAY
TO USE IN THE OTTODISANPIETRO ONLINE STORE

FIRST.- Purpose

The organisation of the contest is promoted by OTTODISANPIETRO S.A. (hereinafter OTTODISANPIETRO), with VAT: A15078728 and registered office in A Coruña, Juan Flórez 41, whose registration details are: Commercial Registry of La Coruña - Sheet 2542 - Folio 45 - Volume 449 - Book 239 - Section 3rd.

 

SECOND.- Promotion Period

The contest will take place from 12/12/2023 until 19/12/2023 at 23:59h.

 

THIRD.- Territorial Scope of the Promotion

This contest will be valid in the European Union.

 

FOURTH.- Participation Conditions

All natural persons, acting as consumers, who act with a purpose unrelated to their commercial activity and provide a shipping address for their OTTODISANPIETRO orders in the European Union can participate in the contest.

 

FIFTH.- Prize

One €200 code to spend in the OTTODISANPIETRO online store will be awarded. The draw will take place on Instagram, and there will be 1 winner, hereinafter the "Prize."

 The Prize will be subject to the following conditions:

• The Prize cannot be changed, altered, or compensated at the participant's request. In the case of returns of items purchased with the code won in the draw, no refund will be made in cash.
• The prize can only be redeemed for items available at www.ottodisanpietro.com

 

SIXTH.- Draw Mechanism and Prize Notification

Participation in the draw will consist of following the OTTODISANPIETRO Instagram account, liking the draw post, and mentioning in each comment 2 real friends. Both public and private profiles can participate.

 

SEVENTH.- Prize Notification and Delivery Requirements

The company will announce the name of the winner through the Instagram post where the contest takes place. The winner will be asked for the necessary details, and once these details are received, the €200 voucher will be sent by email.

If the winner does not communicate with the company within a maximum period of 48 hours, the company reserves the right to choose another winner or declare the prize void.

 

EIGHTH.- Privacy Policy

The organising company will use the personal data of its customer to identify the Winner. The data will not be used for other purposes, will not be transferred to third parties, and will not be stored in any database.

 

NINTH.- Authorization for the Use of Name and Assignment of Image Rights

The winners authorise OTTODISANPIETRO to reproduce and use their image related to this contest on Social Media.

 

TENTH.- Acceptance of the Terms

Instagram users will accept these legal terms by participating in the contest.
