THE OTTODISANPIETRO SPACE
OTTODISANPIETRO has been counting on the most cosmopolitan clientele in the North of Spain for four decades. A place that draws the sophistication of the best boutiques in Milan and Paris. Upon opening on March 13th, 1986, the space brings fashion’s trends directly to its customers. In addition to stores in A Coruña, the company has a presence in the international online market.
Behind its offerings for women and men, stands a team of specialists. From selecting pieces in-store to providing personalised advice. If requested, customers can receive individual attention by appointment to address their needs and queries.
1986
THE BEGINNING
OTTODISANPIETRO was born in the 70s as its own high-quality clothing brand in Bergamo (Italy). The following decade, Élida Nogueira relocated the company to A Coruña. As one of the three original partners, she was encouraged by her peers to take over the brand. In Italy, as a fashion enthusiast since childhood, Élida was able to absorb the purest Milanese fashion taste of the time.
The first OTTODISANPIETRO store opened in A Coruña (Galicia) on March 13th, 1986. Initially, this space was only for women. The boutique offered a selection of brands around a central label: Giorgio Armani.
With "discreet elegance" as their motto, the boutique became a space for international fashion.
THE NINETIES
In 1994, 41 Calle Juan Flórez became the official headquarters of the company. Here, the first boutique, central offices, and a sewing workshop with a tailor were located. Currently, garment alterations are made in a trusted atelier.
By 1998, OTTO Íntimo store opened on Calle Compostela (about 150 metres from the original boutique). Here, selections of the most coveted international lingerie and swimwear are developed. Currently, swimwear exists within the main women's collection.
At the end of the decade, the original store was renovated, hiring an architect specialised in retail and with great projects in his portfolio.
THE 2000s
In the 2000s, OTTODISANPIETRO experienced significant growth and renewal.
The stores became key destinations in A Coruña, attracting customers from all over the Peninsula (Vogue Spain). In 2005, the family’s second generation joined the business, solidifying the space as family-owned and intimate. In November 2006, OTTODISANPIETRO men’s store was inaugurated.
In 2007, the company launched its online blog.
By the end of the decade, the handbags store got integrated into the main women's space, the men's area was expanded, and there opened SETTE BY OTTO, focusing on labels for the younger clients.
THE 2010S
OTTODISANPIETRO is already a cultural and fashion symbol in A Coruña with an online store since 2010.
In 2013, two different exhibitions were organised: one of contemporary art in store windows (in collaboration with local galleries and artists), and a second one of photography in collaboration with the then Novacaixagalicia Foundation (currently, Afundación).
In 2015, the SETTE store was integrated into the women's space.
THE 2020s AND BEYOND
A rapid surge in online sales forced the reintegration of spaces and processes. Social changes allowed OTTODISANPIETRO to demonstrate its adaptability, always seeking the optimization of its logistical processes, clothing selections, and communication.
Its Instagram and Facebook were opened in 2012. The opening of a channel on LinkedIn would reinforce the communication of news. This further elevates the corporate profile of the boutique.
In 2023, OTTODISANPIETRO launched its own APP for a 360-degree shopping experience.
In 2024, the historic first store moved to Calle Juana de Vega after almost 40 years in its original location.

We offer services such as our wardrobe service, a comprehensive selection of looks for different occasions (casual, ceremonies, or work). We offer customers the convenience of a pre-selection by appointment. The selected pieces will respond to the client’s own needs. We make the most of the customer's pre-existing wardrobe by merging it with new pieces.
We have impeccable customer service before, during, and after any purchase.
Since our foundation in 1986, at OTTODISANPIETRO we have been adapting to changing times. We perform as industry experts.
In 2007, we opened the OTTODISANPIETRO blog, to comment on industry movements, analyse collections, and provide users with exclusive information. In 2012, we decided to enhance online sales. We were aware of their potential to support sales in physical spaces, as well as our online presence. Here began our omnichannel approach, which continues to evolve with new technologies.
Innovating in today's luxury sector means boosting our omnichannel capacity (store, web, and app). Our customers can acquire their designer clothing whenever and however they want.
VALUES
LOVE FOR ART
The OTTODISANPIETRO stores merge painting, architecture, and sculpture. Among select fashion treasures, there exist spaces with curated works of art. Our shelves and shop windows give them the prominence and care they deserve.
Our renovated stores also contain spaces to support local artists. This increases their visibility, offering customers an attractive and unique cultural bet.
In February 2013, Élida Nogueira curated the exhibition Ventanas a las Galerías [ "Windows to the Galleries,"] merging contemporary art and fashion by adorning the 17 shop windows with works from local galleries and prominent designers such as Balenciaga and Gucci. The initiative aims to 'excite and surprise' to generate authenticity, according to Nogueira's vision.
In October 2013, OTTODISANPIETRO participated in an exhibition on Ron Galella in collaboration with the Novacaixagalicia Foundation. The exhibition, going from the stores to the Foundation's space, highlights images of Jackie Kennedy and other cultural figures, along with clothing provided by renowned brands and worn by celebrities like Liv Tyler and Penélope Cruz.
For us, the connection between fashion and art is inextricable. From the beginning, we have given visibility to contemporary artists and their works in our physical stores. On several occasions, we have organised and collaborated on exhibitions of photography, visual arts, and fashion.
