Place An Order

Shopping in our online store is really simple: just choose an item, add it to your favorites by clicking on the ‘Buy’ button and complete your order using your preferred payment method.

Then we detail the process:

1. How to find an article

To find an item you can use the navigation menu located on the header bar and then displayed on the left side. You can access the different classifications and groupings of products through them. You can also use the search engine located at the bottom of the left side; search results will show all available items based on the data entered.

2. How to place an order

Once the item has been found, you can have more information by clicking on its name or image. Thus you can access the data sheet, which has detailed characteristics, zoomable image, related products, sending and return information ... It's simple. Add the product to your selection by clicking on the buy button. You can then continue shopping for other items or complete your order pressing the Checkout button which appears when we place the mouse over the words 'Your selection' at the top right of the web page. When you place the order, all transactions thereafter are made over a secure connection that guarantees the confidentiality of your data.

 A screen will prompt your user name and password. If you are a registered customer, you only need to enter the data. If you are a new customer you must fill in your details at the bottom of the page and if you want you can créate an account and obtain a user code and password that will serve for subsequent transactions you make in our website. You can buy products, receive information about offers and promotions, knowing the status of your orders ... In your customer account will be recorded your personal data, so you will not need to re-fill them in later purchases. If you do not want to register and enter your details uncheck 'Create an account'. Your details will only be used to process the order in progress. You can also choose to send your order to a different address than the registered one if your check the option 'Ship to a different address'. In that case, having no express consent of the owner, the shipping address will not be stored permanently in our database, nor will have commercial use.

You can also select Store Pick up if you wish to pick it up at our stores in A Coruña, Spain.

3. How to make the payment

In the next step you can see an order summary with a breakdown of shipping costs. Here the method of payment (Paypal, Klarna, Multibanco or credit card) will be selected. Once selected, will proceed to complete checkout by clicking on the button at the bottom. In this area you can make comments about your order and request delivery or shipping instructions. Finally, confirm correct page checkout, and show the number of application as well as a summary of the products purchased. From this page you can print your order if you wish. The purchase process is over.

4. How to track an order

You can know the status of a pending order or check orders placed by the access located at the top of the page (Login). Also you are going to received the tracking number of your shipment by email.
